You need 50 licenses. It will allow you to use all service components.
Is the service just sending emails? After all, you can do it by myself.
Phishing templates are sent directly to prepared environments for trying to capture personal data. All activities are logged and reported. In addition to all this, the customer also receives training for employees.
Do I have to be a technical person to understand how the system works?
All you have to do is read messages on screen. There is a tutorial for new users, where you can create a new campaign step by step.
Is there any vendor-lock inside of okKoala?
Data can be exported to an external system at any time. All reports can be easily printed or saved as PDF files. The service may be no longer available, but the results (conclusions from user behavior) may serve the organization for years.
What do I need to have to start working with the service?
